Got this in my Graze box today and it was *gorgeous*. Yoghurt covered apricots, big juicy raisins and almonds.

#2 in the series.....taking a break from grazing to pose for a few pictures....I wonder what kind of thoughts go through their mind as humans stand around & observe them???
These horses resided across the street from a cattle ranch I stopped to photograph on my road trip to Bok Tower. They were just hanging out, chewin' on some grass while I snapped away. The group eventually noticed me and, before I knew it, I was surrounded by horses! :) Close up shots coming soon.
Dark-bellied Brent Geese (Branta bernicla bernicla) grazing on Starcross golf course Devon, England. It's probably a pair with two juveniles (which have pale wingbars, visible on the 2nd from the left at the front).
See my other Starcross golf course photos.
Clouds pass as the horses graze. Summer skies in the San Luis Valley are often covered with beautiful clouds moving overhead.
Spotted this little lady grazing by the River Balder beneath Balder Viaduct. Taken from on the viaduct which is 125 feet high. Markings suggest a Fallow deer or a young Roe Deer.
Came across these beauties when I was out for a drive. Momma was out with her colts. They were having so much fun chasing each other around.

The UN SDG involved in this photo is SDG #11: Sustainable Cities and Communities. The ecological concepts being displayed in this photo are grazing and livestock. The concepts are related to the sustainability goal because cities and communities need ways to sustain themselves via food. Livestock, sheep in this instance, are able to provide us with fleece/wool, milk, and meat. Unfortunately, one of the main issues with livestock farming is the use of grain that could be used to feed other humans, so grazing is involved as well to allow the livestock to obtain food off the land. For sustainable cities and communities, communities could dedicate pieces of land within or near the communities to livestock to provide milk and other products, wool for example, to the communities to sustain the communities. This photograph was taken on the UMD Campus Farm on October 10th, 2018.
