These deer showed up as we were shooting a sunset at the lighthouse.

They were totally unafraid and came even closer as they were grazing

An einer Wohnsiedlung aus den 20er/30er Jahren des vergangenen Jahrhunderts.

This maple tree is one of oldest known maple trees in Nova Scotia. The table in Rose Bank cottage was constructed from a sister to this one as a gift from Lord Dalhousie to Captain William Ross. Is the background our cattle can be seen grazing on this nice day.

Plenty of sjeep were happily grazing around Northam Burrows Country Park.

I do like how this one turned out. There are no special filters applied. The processing is exposure and lighting adjustments only.

Zebra is taking in a little early evening grazing at a temple to consumer spending - Highcross Leicester.

after our epic (ha) seven-mile bike ride, we went to the dunes studio gallery and cafe for lunch. the place sounded and looked a little odd - studio, furniture, pottery, and food all rolled into one - but we were more than pleasantly surprised. we shared this appetizer plate, with cheese, chorizo, spicy smoked almonds, pickled vegetables, fresh salsa, hummus, date bread, and a pickled hard boiled egg. it was GOOD, and exactly what we needed after three days of convenience food, hot dogs, and french fries.
