Starlings. Love em' or hate em' (I love em') they are a fantastic bird to photograph. These were taken in low light and pushed in post processing to give them this graphical style look. Their squabbles last for fractions of a second, so to get a couple in frame and relatively in focus was a challenge!
Escher – Other World is an exhibition at Kunstmuseum The Hague NL. Escher works are combined with spectacular installations of artist duo Gijs van Vaerenbergh.

Dzia, who comes from Belgium, is a versatile artist. He makes drawings, stencils, sculptures and murals. A common theme in his work is animal that are built up from a complex graphical interplay of lines, so that a recognizable unity in his animal species emerges.

The story behind the image is the collection of thoughts during the design process. Producing a final result in an image that is coming from the darkened mind into the light. Emergence in the light of the finished product, Design Integration. Well happens to me a lot so how best display than with an appropriate image.
I would be happy to see a clear blue sky without all the graphical lines sprayed by aircrafts. Have a look on old paintings. This must have been a beautiful sky.
