Raw organic foods go great with RAW ORGANIC WATER. For about 40 years the people of Cold Spring Harbor NY and their neighbors have had access to some of the most delicious water you will ever taste. The water bubbles up from an underground spring that keeps the water temperature at around 51 degrees year round. It is slightly acidic (6.2) and far from dangerous. Infact, many people have reported improved health from drinking the spring water. It is located across the street form the Cold Spring Harbor Library around five miles south of Live Island Cafe. On any given day, people from all over come to the spring to fill their jugs. There is a real sense of community. The spring area is shared with a local yacht club, so if you visit, please be sure not to leave ANY trash or empty bottles. Let's respect the CSH community and show our graditude for this wonderful free gift of God.

I met this cute guy while sunbathing on the local beach, so I gave him a piece of cake to take a pic, apparently as a gesture of graditude he decided to pose for a while)
First, mY most sincere graditude and thanks for all of your thoughts,
prayers and positive vibes.
Mom had a good night. She is much more comfortable and alert.
They have gotten the infection under control. Which is a good thing.
There are still some major issues but they seem to be getting a handle
on some of them.
So, all in all, todaY has started off GooD!!

We came to a local site dedicated to the Virgen Maria Rosa Mystica in Medellin. Here was a wall made from the gratitude of her believers.

My eyes flow...with tears of joy...because God gave me a new life, Christ died for me... endless emotion, showers of graditude...Blessings....Many Blessings to all of you!
