No.6233 Duchess of Sutherland climbs up the gradient from Whitacre Junction with Vintage trains "The White Rose" from Tyseley to York on a gloomy December morning. 15-12-2021.

66710 is seen descending the gradient towards Rylstone and ultimately Swindon Quarry. This little avenue of trees is known as Green Lane and provided a lovely dappled lighting effect against the Yorkshire Dales stone wall.
The 66 is seen clearly in the distance working the 6E99 0625 Leyland Sidings to Rylstone.
The sky was thick with Mayflies in this area and i have spent ages cloning them out.
Niagara Falls has a large hydro electric generating station and so there are many transmission towers taking the electricity to other parts of Ontario. I had been keeping these towers in mind for a photo op and on this particular day I was out and about at sunset...

Hiking the San Tan Mountains and messing around with my zoom lens.
I always find the mountain ranges fascinating as the sun sets, and how the color gradients subtly change the farther you look. Such a beautiful sight.

This is a 15 second long exposure shot of the escalator leading down to Nydalen subway station, in Oslo, Norway. The walls and ceiling change colors constantly, creating a nice gradient along the way down.
