Today I Enjoyed... Chatting about Science Fiction Movies & Books with a friend at work. He does the maintenance work on the jet-bridges and things. He recommended Asimov's I, Robot, and liked "2012" and "The Day After to Tomorrow". I liked "2012", but thought "The Day After Tomorrow" was too actiony, without enough character developement; I recommended Pat Frank's Alas, Babylon and Walter M. Miller's A Canticle for Leibowitz.

My Review - This is the third book in The Mortal Instruments Series. I'm impressed. I did not expect the third book to be so good. Maybe I have drank too much of the kool aid, but damn, I really loved this one. It had a lot more action that started right away. You didn't have to sift through 100 pages of Clary did this or Jace said that..You know the blah stuff. They jumped right in and it never let up until the very ending.
