For supper, my wife and I had hot dogs, scalloped potatoes and corn on the cob. The corn came from our garden.

The Divo Concert will be over before I find the #@*ing Ladies Room!!! Who builds a mansion and doesn't put in enough bathrooms?
And my mama was so disappointed to hear that I was seeing Il Divo and NOT Devo. . . some old punk band that she liked. I've seen pictures of her back in the day wearing neon and I am SO glad tonight's even wasn't, like, some horrible punk revival concert. . . seriously, I do NOT do neon. Or synthetic fabrics. If this "International Model Thing" has us wear wierd clothes I'll quit, seriously.
My hair? Did I cut it? Duuuh, it's a wig.
Fresh picked vegetables from my wife's garden. This is mostly green beans with a handful of yellow beans and okra. She separated the okra out after the picture was taken.

It seems late this year, but the crepe myrtles are finally beginning to bloom. So far the one my wife and I have has yet to blossom. The one pictured is at a neighbor's that is visible from the street.

Tonight my wife and I took our dog for a walk in our neighborhood. I brought a camera along to capture a few pictures along the way. The light is at the intersection of Linwood and 7th Street in Lumberton.
