Know what you look very pretty in these colours and your smile is quite charming and I'm going to take a quick one

I knew i first had to have the introductions and only then shoot. A small deviation here as I was afraid to loose out on the moment

Meet Ram who was chatting and joking with a group of friends seated on a bench in the Kalighat temple area. Ram was only one standing and the only one coloured with holi colours. Holi was the next day and I asked him why he was the only one coloured and not his friends. Ram worked in an adjoining lane helping out at a shop and some part time errands and another group of friends there applied these colours.

I had done my introduction and his friends heard me out eagerly, but Ram - only half heartedly and after which I took another couple of shots but they did not turn out as well. Guess he was impressed with his shots and when I offered to mail him the snaps he asked one of the friends on the bench to give out his email ID as Ram did not have one. Alas he could not remember exact - he had it in another cell which was at his home ... scratched his head and said sorry

I will make it a point to have a printout ready the next time I visit there. Not sure I can find Ram, but I can make sure it reaches him .. God willing

For supper tonight, my wife made a shepherd's pie type casserole. It's a casserole my Mom used to make. It consists of tomato soup, green beans, hamburger, topped with mashed potatoes and cheese.

On the edge of the property where my wife and I live is a crepe myrtle. I noticed recently that the leaves for this season have started to appear.
