Mountain biked Meadows Canyon trail with boys this morning - love that trail so much. A mile uphill, gorgeous views of San Pablo Dam at Inspiration Point, a mile downhill, and another mile along Wildcat Creek. Short and sweet, perfect for kids building skills. Rode with a GoPro helmet mount. In this shot you can barely see the boys at top of a knotty, tree-root-strewn passage, planning a route and building up their nerves.
Here is my lightweight KAP rig using a GoPro HD Hero Camera, Tripod Adapter, and a Brooxes Picavet, PeKaBe Blocks, and Camera Keeper.
