The GoPro would not turn on during the entire camping trip. Back home, I discovered the battery was depleted - despite my putting it on to charge for several hours before the trip. It was as if the battery had drained rather than charged. [Is such a thing possible??}
So, I missed some nice paddling videos ...but now that it's charged and working again, I have flower videos instead.

Latest addition to my gadget collection.. These GoPros are pretty impressive i must say. The Hero 3 comes with a remote control which allows you to control multiple cameras & an available iPhone app which allows you to control and view what your filming in live view. However you do need the additional mounts & add on's for capturing footage.
