Using my GoPro 10, my time lapse represents about 1 hour in ~30 seconds. When viewing or photographing fire skies, many time in peaks twice, once with deep reds during the start of Blue Hour and then again with bright oranges during Golden Hour.

Never give up thinking the fire has ended when there's a chance for a 2nd show!

Stuck the GoPro down into the thin blanket layer and was stunned to find this.

Star Trails taken with my GoPro HERO6. Not as good as my DSLR, but not terrible either. I set the camera to nightlapse mode with 30 second exposures. Ended up with 150 shots in about 1.5 hours. Then, I stacked them in Starstax and used the comet effect to bring out a bit of the Milky Way. Cars going by created some light trails as well. I did some minor edits in Lightroom and got this edit! Enjoy!
