Just pressed the shutter before the tree blocked the shot - phew!
The second aircraft on go-around this evening was G-EZFR, which had came from EDI (Edinburgh).

刚读完《上海的风花雪月》。
十多年前出版的旧书，印证了一个时代的变迁。
书中提到的为数不多的咖啡馆，也只剩这一家保留着原来的样子。
它还在原先的旧公寓大楼底层开着，夜晚8点左右，客人不多，却也安静幽然。
符合上海人的清淡精致的怀旧装饰，临窗的桌子上亮着幽幽的烛台（应是已被人预定）。
只是不知道，过去的记忆和味道是否仍沉淀其中。
我只是路过，为它拍一张照片。

Morning ATI arrival from Denver seen performing a go-around due to a vehicle that made a wrong turn near the runway. The tower had some pretty harsh words for the driver and then quickly gave them a phone number to call IMMEDIATELY. Ouch...
5th May 2011, Air Asia flight FD4016 (Had Yai - Chiang Mai). The clip shows final approach and balked landing in heavy rain at Chiang Mai Intl Airport.
The second landing attempt (not shown in the clip) was successful although there was wind shear and torrential rain just as the plane touched down. The flare lasted two or three times longer than usual as the pilot attempted to stablise aircraft!
