Drinnen. Eine Pflanze, die mit dem draußen blubbert.

This succulent plant is in my kitchen window sill. We were both very happy that the sun was shining again ;-) Maybe that's why it bubbled so many bokeh bubbles? Almost as if the plant wanted to say something, like with speech bubbles ...

Dwarf iris
( Iris Pixie and Iris Alida )
Native of Turkey and the Caucasian Mountains, Dwarf Irises are small (10-15 cm), bulbous perennials with grass-like leaves and solitary, sometimes fragrant purple, yellow or blue flowers
Phalaenopsis orchids are amazing in that they bloom for several months and are not too fussy. For Smile on Saturdays: Get Nature in Your Home" and my POTD.
No birds on the feeders in the yard. The overhead fan is on the outside patio. The indoor plant is a palm variety. Get nature in your home while smiling on Saturday in Missouri City, Texas!

Charles is the little pink guy, the mascot of the National Horticultural Show 2019 in Heilbronn. I must admit this picture is a kind of fake: the cacti are perennial and normally live outside, in front of this window.
Even the prettiest flower will die one day. It’s nature’s way of teaching us that nothing lasts forever.

"Birds learn how to fly, never knowing where flight will take them." - Mark Nepo
Each year at this time, I look forward to my Orchid blooming again. The blooms last for such a long time and they lift my spirits up until spring comes. This bloom looks like a beautiful bird with its wings spread to take flight. By spring, I hope to spread my wings and take flight on a few adventures with more time in my favour. I shall leave some of my flight plans last minute. :)
My friend, the ever-tolerant dandelion - picked, plucked, transported, photographed, and photographed yet again 😊
For the Smile on Saturday challenge: "get nature in your home!"
Over the winter I keep some planters indoors, and the geranium is still giving me some delicate pink flowers! The leaf was collected in the autumn, and dried indoors so I can enjoy it all through the winter. The divide between inside and outside is quite blurred ;o)

Smile on Saturday - Get Nature in your Home!
I grew these from seeds that I cultivated from pollinating a white flower with a dark pink flower. I ended up with a multitude of colors (ie...red, all shades of pink, coral, white, and variegated). They start blooming around Halloween and continue to bloom thru Easter.
Taken so long ago....but never posted. A rose on our granite table with a wicker chair behind, we still have the table but not the chair. The rose is long gone too.
HSoS 😊
An older picture but with some re touch. Radiance and a different perspective is always good.
