This is Herb Robert (geranium robertianum). It's also know in the USA sometimes as Robert Geranium. In traditional herbalism, Herb Robert is used as a remedy for toothache and nosebleeds. (Thanks to Wicked Dark / TheWireSmith for helping me to properly identifying this plant!)
