captured in a parking garage in palma de mallorca, this photograph offers a compelling perspective on the mundane act of descending stairs. the geometric lines of the red handrail frame the scene, drawing the eye towards the figure walking down, cloaked in shadow. the interplay of light and shadow, along with the angular composition, creates a dynamic visual narrative that transforms an ordinary moment into a captivating image.
The underside of an electricity pylon. I know it's been done before but not by me. It was a very dull day with no clouds around but I think it would have been a little distracting to the geometric and abstract lines. I have added a slight split tone to a colour shot.

A beautiful setting overlooking the Elbe river and harbour in Hamburg located at the Elbchaussee 139. A masterpiece of design, hospitality, function and setting. We enjoyed our beautiful 3-Course lunch on a sunny afternoon at this 1*Michelin starred restaurant by chef Ali Güngörmüs who was there in person to greet people which felt like a “home”. Le Canard Nouveau comes highly recommended, it’s worth a special visit and even a detour. Here we found also the Lime-Tree Terrace and the Japan Room which are waiting to be explored beside the beautiful views and gourmet pleasures. Our April 2016 visit and yes, we hope to visit again in our future. Highly recommended.
This building is looking out onto the ship canal and is near the stadium and rowing area. You can see reflections of the Montlake Bridge in the window.

25/365...I have absolutely no idea if this house is abandoned or not...it looks run down, but that door is brand new. All the blinds were closed....Hmm.

The lighting in this photo are all solely artificial; from the toy vehicles themselves and a torch light which shines the front of the race car. What I like about this photo is how the viewer is able to see the “velocity” or movement of the vehicles, but yet is also able to see the vehicle itself. Another thing I like about this is how the race car is slanted, yet its lights make a geometric straight line. The burst of light from its headlights (which diffuses towards the end) and its backlights are a nice touch too. Not forgetting the other vehicle who has red and blue lights that combine to create the purple effect. There is a great contrast between the subjects and the background. I used a shutter speed of 6 seconds for this photo
