Installed my new Geforce GTX 970 graphics card tonight. Nice upgrade from my 660. Checked out Dragon Age: Inquisition and was getting buttery smooth frame rates on ultra settings. This must be what automotive junkies feel like when they make modifications to their car.

Habe die Gainward GeForce GTX 570 Phantom gegen eine XFX Radeon 5850 Black Edition getauscht und bin sehr zufrieden mit meiner neuen Karte.
Die Phantom ist deutlich schneller, Leistungszuwachs um die 30 Prozent gegenüber der XFX 5850, sie ist viel leiser und selbst bei Vollast wird sie nur um die 60 Grad warm.
Im Idle Betrieb höre ich die Karte überhaupt nicht aus meinem Gehäuse heraus, Silverstone Fortress 02 Black Window.
Hierbei laufen die 3 Lüfter der Karte mit nur gerade mal 30 Prozent Leistung und sie wird dennoch nur 32 Grad warm.
Alle Spiele, die ich bisher getestet habe, liefen einwandfrei, ohne Ruckler und das bei höchster Einstellung.
Die Karte lässt sich aber auch sehr gut übertakten und erreicht dann sogar das Niveau der GTX 580.
Zum Übertakten empfehle ich den MSI Afterburner. Ich sah bisher allerdings noch keine Notwendigkeit meine Phantom höher zu takten.
Mit dem MSI Afterburner lassen sich auch die Lüfter prima einstellen.
Bei Windows 7 64 Bit erreicht die Phantom die Höchstmarke von 7,9 im Leistungsindex, ohne Übertaktung!
Die Phantom sieht auch optisch klasse aus, schwarz, mit goldener Gainward Aufschrift. Wer ein Window in seinem Gehäuse hat wird dies zu schätzen wissen.
Ich kann jedem Silent Freak, aber auch jedem Overclocker, die Karte uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
Die Phantom macht alles richtig!
