Here I tried out the Topaz plug in for Photoshop CS5. I added some dark charcoal to the image with Topaz adj 4. Opacity higher on the background than on the model. I tried to get out some more detail on the gasmask by a curves bending. I also did some color balance adjustment to get out some of the red tones. Those were increased by the Topaz filter.

I placed a hvl 58am left beside model (bare) and hvl 36am right front of camera into Wescott umbrella. Flashes triggered by pop up camera flash (+2).
