Good old Nintendo Gameboy.

The original gray brick of a game boy took four double A batteries and had graphics equivalent of an NES. I still remember playing Tetris and Dr Mario on it -- my Dad liked those games a lot too and we used to compete for playtime on it ^_^ -- until I could see those little blocks falling when I closed my eyes. The Game Boy Color was smaller, thinner, lighter, and took only two double A's, and it kept me entertained during my pre-desktop years, back when I had to depend on the University for my 'puter needs.

For years I resisted the later models, the Game Boy Advance and Mini, and I even steered clear of the DS. But one by one my friends got one, and I finally caved. Yes, it's pink, girly girly pepto bismol pink, but that very girlishness amused and attracted me. Black is classy, but pink is different! Maybe later I'll put some cheesy feminine stickers or "bling" on it for giggles.

Had this thing since 1998. it is awesome.

This beautiful and good working hound was killed in a kennel fight on Christmas Eve, 2018, just a month after his 4th birthday.

He was one of my darling favorites and I knew him from birth.

While cleaning up my room on sunday and reorganising, while date was driving around in the rain talking pictures, i found some old technology, like this *still working* orignal gameboy. I would have taken the pic of the screen, but i kinda killed the batteries playing tetris :)

Study sesh with Paige. Did not do much yet.. All i did was watch dexter..

Not enough room for the official set? Try the miniature version. I got inspired by several mocs i've seen online. Here is my version.

Sometime's you just got to crack out the old Gameboy colour :)

Another really quite nice console from Nintendo.

I borrowed the gameboy camera from my friend. I've been wanting to use it for a while, and I even considered snatching one off ebay. It's really old stuff with bad quality pictures but I'm amazed by it.

btw that's my brother's SP
