While at the park earlier today filled with dozens of Pokémon Go'ers, it started pouring the rain... but it didn't stop them, they came prepared with umbrellas. (That's a true game player right there, lol).
Anywho, I've always enjoyed rain and umbrella pics and thought it kinda looked cool through the windshield of my truck, and since I didn't have my camera with me, I snapped a pic with my phone.
And you know what? I like how it turned out. =)
P.S.
I'm not ashamed to admit that I'm addicted to the game, too. :P

I've misplaced the link where I got this photoshop brush...gah...
I feel like my Mondays are gloomy...maybe because it was raining a bit today and 50+ of us were waiting for a bus that would only seat 18. Yep, two buses later, I'm finally back in my dorm.

For FGR and Balloons!!
We just happen to have quite a few balloons lying around the house from E's birthday. This wasn't quite what I'd intended but it had to be a quick shot due to time constraints (and it being bloomin freezing!). I also went and hid behind the hedge to take it as the in-laws had just arrived. Mind you, the people who live on the two roads that back onto the end of my garden would have had a great view of me messing about with my balloon but I don't know any of them...
Oh and HPPS!
For FGR, Random Fascinations and Pretty Pink Themed Tuesday - Pink bokeh!
Oh and HBWE! (Multi-tasking again!)
Well I have many random fascinations, but it may not surprise you to know that currently the main one is bokeh. Whatever I look at, I see bokeh potential, especially with the festive season approaching. So I give you...even more bokeh!
I had planned a more intricate shot for today but time constraints mean it’s had to be another quickie.
Thanks to everyone who has joined my new group and given it such a great start. If you haven’t had a look – please come and marvel at the wondrousness of our pool. It really is worth a visit!
Makes a change from all the naturey crap...
Thanks to Shoofly Stock for the snakes (shudder) and redheadstock for the eyelashes (sadly not all my own), both at deviantart.com.
Explore no 1!!! Thanks so much to everyone for all the lovely comments and favourites. I was pleased with how this turned out (especially as I'm new to PS) but never imagined it would be so popular!
Or will they think we're all potato heads. I know some people think I am.
For FGR group of the day The Potato, though I don't know if this would actually qualify for The Potato group. These are the only potatoes I have in the house right now since I haven't gone to the market in a while.

Styling my newly colored hair, with a little magic from my fairy friends! No comment on how many takes this took...between failed hair flying, weird subject framing, and then having sore cheeks from all that smiling, it's no wonder my dog was scratching at the bathroom door, wondering what was taking me so long! I just realized the brand of the blower is perfectly hidden...sorry Conair, no free press for you! (oh wait, I just did)
I got the pixie brush here.

For FGR and Playing Cards .
When I saw this challenge, the first card I thought of was the ace of spades as I love the Motorhead song. I did do one with spade bokeh but I think I need to adjust the cutout as it didn't work too well so I'm sticking with my trusty hearts. It still has a card link right???
Bizarrely, I've just discovered that the group pool's web address has ace of spades in it...spooky!
Oh, and HBW of course!
