I got a bunch of these 4x4 plates in order to make a brickquest/final fantasy tactics style scene. I am in between moving into our new house and am seperated from my bricks, so all I have is what I have bought recently. Everything but the hazmat guy came from the PAB Wall. Best Father's Day gift ever!
The light can sometimes play a magic game. Unknown place, unknown lake; taken during sad journey home.
Another game night at Carley's with a great group of friends. First up was Quelf followed by Celebrity.
I'm not a huge sports fan, but I do like a good game. I wasn't disappointed last night...^+^
btw...I took a really great series of shots that included the kitties watching tv, but, since I drunkenly didn't notice that I was shooting without a memory card in the camera, none of those came out...*+^
These games are all pretty easier to learn and offer much more interaction than your "mass-market" boardgames.

This was right after the game had finished, and we were all waiting for the fireworks show to start. Omar asked Mr. King if he had a moment to spare to take a picture with me. He said he was in a hurry, but to make it quick. He was super cool, gave me a very firm handshake and continued to hold my hand until the picture was taken. How awesome!

Terrain and initial setup for a miniatures game called "Gettysburg Soldiers". All the details are there and, you can't see this of ourse, but the underside of each miniature is labeled with a unit name. Even so, it is somewhat abstracted, as any game will be. When I came back later with the game underway, it looked like the Confederates were making good progress. Effective concentrated artillery fire had pushed the Union back from the Angle and the Confederate line was in good condition at the Emmetsburg Road..
