In the middle of the huddle, two men are sitting astride the bench playing a game of draughts. This place is called Bangka Park and it is situated next to Longshan Temple, one of Taipei's most famous landmarks. There are a lot of homeless people living in this park, mostly men from what I could see. Many of the men have obvious disabilities and some were wheelchair bound.
