This home was constructed in 1886 for Edward Tracy Hollingsworth. It was purchased in 1901 by Dr. and Mrs. Charles L. Gunn. It remained in their family until 1990. Dr. Gunn's daughter, Carolyn Gunn Bellinger bequeathed the home to the City of Gadsden upon her death in 1990.

Daugette Towers in Gadsden, Alabama (Now used as apartments, the building apparently was built as a hotel in 1930, although some information claims it was built as an office building. See www.bhamwiki.com/w/Reich_Hotel.
