If you're at all familiar with my photos, you might notice that I seldom take pictures of people. There's a reason: I'm not good at people shots. Unfortunately, the shot I took of Jill falls into that category, so I tinkered with it and made an "artistic rendition." Sorry, Jill! Thanks for the great afternoon!
The Purina® Walk for Dog Guides is a national fundraising walk held in more than 200 communities across Canada. It raises funds to help train Dog Guides for Canadians with visual, hearing, medical or physical disabilities. Each Walk is organized by local volunteers with support from Lions Foundation of Canada. I made it a point to take picture of all my tour guides while I was abroad. I wanted to remember these strangers who showed me around a new place. This man led our group through Stonehenge, Windsor Castle, and Bath. He was the quintessential Englishman.
