This 1970 Pontiac GTO made by gmp in 1:18 scale, I took three separate pictures with color filters and then stacked them to get the results.
This set of images shows post-conversion work performed to take my 2005, Texas-based Pontiac GTO back to its Aussie Holden roots. Looks much better. A few small details here and there also go a long way sometimes.

Took the GTO to the dealership today to pick up a door lock cover that had been ordered. Came out to this! An employee had backed a brand new pontiac solstice into the rear bumper of our GTO. Yep, they're paying big time to get it fixed.

Had just watched the movie Christine and got a lame idea. I'm in the process of trying to figure how to photoshop myself out of this picture and spare the integrity of my beloved automobile, and of course all who were buried here........ they'll get me in the end, I know it.
F.A.Q. 1 The original hood is uncut. 2. It ran consistent 12.5s on 295, BFGs and lakewood ladderbars. (killed the wheel hop but still had a lot of tire spin). 3. Yes with slicks it would have done much better. 4. I still own it and when I get it back on the road I will find out.

55,722 GTO 2-door hardtops (LeMans with GTO package) were built for the 1965 model year (August 1964-July 1965) at $2,920 factory delivered suggested retail price. The 4-barrel 389 V8 (335 HP) with dual exhausts was standard on the GTO, with an optional high performance 360 HP variant available.

(from Wikipedia:) Unlike the 308, the engine was mounted longitudinally, using the 308's rear boot space. The wheelbase was 110 mm (4.3 in) longer at 2450 mm (96.5 in), and the track was widened also. With 400 hp and 366 lb·ft (496 N·m) of torque, the GTO was an impressive performer. 0-60 mph times were in the upper 4 second range and Ferrari claimed 0-125 mph (201 km/h) in 15 seconds flat. Top speed was 189 mph (304 km/h).
