This pic from my collection shows two Bedford YRQs new to Mainwaring's Gilfach Goch back in the 70s.
Some fine vehicles on display at Anstey Park, Alton. Head of the pack is my No.1 on my hitlist for our 2016 running day, EPW 516K. Behind that is a respectable looking Leyland Tiger, Ulsterbus RE BXI 2599, something from another galaxy, GHB 148N and BXI 2565

Midland Fox Leyland National Greenway 2158 PUK 649R, as JIL 2158 is seen in Loughborough Bus Station on 22.02.97. Similar former GHB 677N is behind.
Ex Cynon Valley RESL-8 GHB 148N is seen in Aberdare after being repainted into the interim livery adopted by Stagecoach after they acquired the company.

Originally delivered to EL AL (ELY) in 1997 as 4X-EBI it was then leased by Astreaeus (AEU) in April 2007 who subsequently sub-leased it to Ghana International (GHB) between July 2008 and April 2010. In February 2013 it was converted to a freighter and as at November 2016 is operated by FedEx Express (FDX) as N965FD; ; c/n 27622

Volvo B58 GHB 574V was one of a number of vehicle acquired from Parfitts in 1995 by The Shires - it had benefitted from a rebody by East Lancs in the early 1990's having been new to Grey Green as EYH 802V with a Duple Dominant body. It is seen here parked at Castle Street Garage, Luton in September 2001 - it was sold shortly after to Northern Blue of Burnley.

Pictured at the depot of Blunsdon, Bicester, Oxfordshire are four secondhand purchases for the operator. YN04 GHB is a Scania K114IB4/Irizar C53F, new to Clarke, Lower Sydenham, London in April 2004, arriving with Blunsdon in July 2011. YR58 RUO is a Scania K340IB4/Irizar i4 C59Dt, new to Markley, Silloth (Carrs Coaches), Cumbria in October, 2008, but coming from Three Star, Luton, Bedfordshire in September 2015. KIG 7218 is a King Long XMQ6127 C49Ft, new to Taylor, St Ippolyts, Hertfordshire as BX59 KVT, but arriving from Black, Brechin, Scotland with its current registration by May 2014. YN03 AXS (that had initially carried incorrect YR03 AXS) is a Neoplan N316SHD Transliner C49Ft, new to Bennett & Lane (Bennetts Coaches), Gloucester in March 2003, arriving in April 2013.
