What most likely is a tree bumblebee (Bombus hypnorum), aka new garden bumblebee just outside our house.
I only have to diligently look around for some of the most freshest and thin sliced deli meat, especially in this case being what is paper and wafer thin sliced smoked turkey breast. This is the kitty cat equivalent for a human being eating his or her meat and steak and potatoes and a refreshing cool drink each and every day. Delicious and tiny square sliced peices of lunch meat and a full belly make for one happy and over loved cat.

This diurnal moth refueling on a heartleaf ox-eye (Telekia speciosa) is called Chersotis cuprea. It was quite unafraid of me sticking a lens in its face and kept probing the flower with its long proboscis.
Is it weird that sometimes I just like to stand on the dock, overlooking Innsmouth Harbor, with ol' Fuzz... and just... stand there?

From a ride in the Don Valley on a beautiful Saturday afternoon with a couple other TPMGers. We stopped to take pics of these grasses. They were very tall. This was the first shot I took, and I think my favourite of my bunch! Somewhat inspired by -stacey-'s photos of grass.
