One of the most beautiful things in DC is the Metro system map. It's one
of the finest examples of design, aesthetics, and functionality. An
awesome graphic design project for seniors would be a simple assignment
with one line of instructions: "Senior Project Assignment: Redesign the
DC Metro system map." And then we'd see what the kids came up with.
This was another Bday present for a friend of E's. This time we put a cupcake cookbook inside, too cute!

The Arctic Trailblazers competed in a 3-day functional fitness competition during PT hours which not only tested their physical prowess, but also the readiness level as determined by the effectiveness of unit recall rosters. Soldiers selected to participate received an early-morning phone call and were notified where to be. If the rosters were inaccurate, a team member failed to arrive or Soldiers didn't answer their phones then their team lost points. 2d Engineer Brigade Soldiers must be prepared to complete any no-notice mission. This exercise helps ensure unit leadership takes the accuracy and efficacy of their recall rosters seriously.
