Summer Days.
My granddaughter when aged two plays on the front lawn of my Devon, England home. What fun it is to be young and carefree, especially when you have a bubble machine!

We went to an annual huge festival this morning but this afternoon we went to a tiny festival in the Highlandtown neighborhood of Baltimore called the "Art Cart Derby and Art by the Pint". It was pure fun. Nothing fancy. Just great people and loads of laughter.

Back at 2015' I took the decision to change many lives not just mine,
Started by packing up my stuff and saying goodbye,
Yes, it's my moment to man up and clear my mind,
A long life in front of me, not worrying about many things around,
My family, friends, and all my loved ones in my life,

Many hours went by, but now it's time to leave,
Believe me, I had many hard times in my life, but this pain is way out of my league,
Your whole body, your whole weight, at that moment just feels like a single leaf.
Taking last steps to say goodbye to your mom,
Hugging her out and trying your best to stay calm,
But you couldn't handle yourself and started to cry out loud,
Please tell me this is not true, please tell me this is just a lie,
Didn't want to break the hug, didn't want to leave or fly,
Father told me everything will be alright,
And the next day the sun will rise up high and shine bright,
On the long way to the airport, I had that song on repeat.
No one was on the road, and the darkness was covering the street,
Arrived the airport and I still couldn't believe,
That one day I will say goodbye or the fact that I am just going to leave,
Moments later, it was time to head to the plane,
I knew It was coming; I knew the pain will come again,
Said goodbye to everyone, and flipped my body towards the gate,
My brain couldn't handle it, and my blood was rushing through my veins,
I stopped for a moment when I saw the plane,
My father called me and said stay safe and we will see you again,
His voice was cracking up, and he was trying his best to hold his tears,
Oh god, I thought this is easy, but It way complicated than it appears,
Yes it's difficult, and yes I will face fears,
But I at the end of the day and the end of the year,
I am still standing here, writing and facing everyone with a big cheer.

some fun...put a beak on a collaged piece of paper and play...very meditative and done in less than a minute each

Santa Monica Pier. When it gets hot in the valley this place gets packed. Love all the colors and people everywhere.
