Promises are like the full moon: if they are not kept at once they diminish day by day.

P.S: Thank you Aisha-uae for letting me use your camera.

This photo showcases the full Moon rising above the Marina Bay Sands Resort & Casino in Singapore. My wife and I were having dinner outdoors near the Merlion Park and happened to witness this event. Dropped the food, grabbed my wife's camera and tripod and managed to catch this image.
Big orange-yellowish moon. It is not full yet. Full moon is always observed on the 15th of each lunar month. Today, 17th July is also the 15th of the lunar month of June, will see the moon bigger and brighter.

. . . Another one from Arizona Jones walk through the Antelope Slot Canyon in Page, AZ! Although it was not night time and a full moon, I loved the illusion this one created with a circular hole 60 feet above me, allowing sunlight to stream down the magnificent colored walls of the canyon!
Have a great week Facebook, Flickr, and 500px friends!
Not known for the brilliant reds of the Eastern USA, but the Intermountain West sure puts on a show of it's own....
“Have patience with everything that remains unsolved in your heart. Try to love the questions themselves, like locked rooms and like books written in a foreign language. Do not now look for the answers. They cannot now be given to you because you could not live them. It is a question of experiencing everything. At present you need to live the question. Perhaps you will gradually, without even noticing it, find yourself experiencing the answer, some distant day.”
-Rainer Maria Rilke, Letters to a Young Poet
A fruit orchard full of golden oranges, rows of fig trees just coming into leaf in the foreground and whitewashed houses with red roofs and lacy chimneys in the background.
Nowadays, the Algarve’s image is associated with citrus fruit orchards, but in dry and sunny land many fig trees, almond trees and carob trees grow and constitute the “dryland orchard”.
With large areas of fig trees the Algarve exported dry figs for centuries, with high impact on the regional economy. [...]. According to the Tora the fig is one of the seven foods which grow in the Promised Land. According to the Bible Adam covered himself with the fig leaf.
The citrus fruit orchards are widely spread in the Algarve.
The sweet orange was brought in the 16th century from China to Europe by the Portuguese. They are called “portuguesas” in various countries, especially in the Balkans. Google

Two years ago we were in Lyon and had a full day to walk everywhere we wanted to. We enjoyed very much that day. I think we walked about 20km and the next day we were on our way to Le Puy-en-Velay and from there we were going to start a long journey on foot ( 39 days) on the Camino de Santiago , on the chemin called La Voie du Puy or Via Podiensis. i have written a fair amount on my blog in French ( La Marche, on WordPress) and also on my English blog FUNandLIFE.2 you can find the link easily on my profile page. If you take time to read , let me know. Happy Smile on Saturday.

Happy Smile on Saturday.

"Try not to confuse attachment with love. Attachment is about fear and dependency and has more to do with the love of self than the love of another. Love without attachment is the purest love because it isn't about what others can give you because you're empty. It is about what you can give others because you're already full." - Yasmin Mogahead
