Placed the old watch also with old roman numerals into a glass dish of ice cubes.. meaning that it feels to me that we have been frozen in time this past year

Icy stars or flowers, I froze 10 liters of water in a bucket overnight, at night it was freezing around -20c and in the morning the water had frozen enough. I also put few tulips in the bucket to give colors to the ice lantern. As the water froze, small patterns formed on the surface of the ice, nature's wonderful art.

Snow storm Darcy of February 7, 2021, changed all the little trees along side the dike of the Markermeer into crazy frozen creatures. This creature looks like two twins normally moving together by the wind, but now frozen for a time. Uitdam, 2021.

Snow was coming down really hard, and I was trying to capture this from inside a plastic bag, protecting camera and lens.
You can just make out the boundary of the reservation in the background.
