"Good Vibes For Terri" - a benefit gig for 'godfather of punk' Terri Hooley. Terri founded the Good Vibrations record label and record store back in the 70s and had his life story told in the film of the same name in 2013.
Before Christmas 2014 Terri was taken ill and has been hospitalised for the forseeable future. Many of Terri's friends put together a benefit concert for him at the Limelight Belfast on Sunday 28 December 2014.
Photos taken with a Canon 600D DSLR. I decided to test out frankensteining the camera, shooting fully manual (for the mos part) with a 30 year old Pentacon 2.8/135 lens I hadn't touched in over a decade.

Mike Loce is part of the Studio 99 gang and a friend that I've known for a few years now. He is also the frontman of "Javaloce" a fantastic jam band that played at my wedding back in September.

Back in 1986, when Mick Box was looking for singer who could 'hit' the high notes, he didn't need to look further after meeting Bernie - at the London Marquee Club.
The Canadian-born singer, who originally dreamed of becoming a best rock guitarist- this days is HEEP'S longest-serving lead vocalist.
He sure brought new excitement in the band, stunning vocals... and 'tons' of energy... with great- and natulal abilities to connect with the crowd!

Taken during the Search's concert with the guest appearance by Hujan. It was an awesome concert which definitely would be a memorable one! =) This is actually my first time shooting pictures during a concert, so do advice on how to improve! Thanks!

Picture Shows Noel Fielding, Mighty Boosh frontman, causing a riot at the Big Chill festivalwhere he was performing a standup routine. He invited a few younger members of the audience on to the stage but was mobbed by more than 20 youths. Security was in disaray as Fielding fell to the stage floor and was mobbed by the youths. Jarvis Cocker, the frontman of Pulp and official Sheffield Legend, played an amazing gig in the stunning Devil's Arse cave (aka Peak Cavern), Saturday 7th April 2018. Serafina Steer is on the harp and keyboards with Emma Smith on violin and guitar, Andrew McKinney on bass guitar and Adam Betts on drums.
Shot handheld with my Canon 5D Mark II and Canon's 70-200mm f2.8 IS L Zoom lens at ISO 2000...

Tom Benzon, ex chitarrista di varie rock band della scena balcanica come i Kojoti e i Malehookers, si trasferisce a Londra dove continua la sua carriera di musicista con Congo Faith Healers, KT Tunstall, Jack Savoretti (con cui suona anche al Glastonbury Festival). Raggiunge il culmine della sua carriera affiancando la “Rhythm and Blues Orchestra” di Jools Holland (presentatore di “Later... with Jools Holland” ) con un “sold out” alla Royal Albert Hall di Londra.
Artista poliedrico, ha recitato in numerosi film, tra cui vanno ricordati: “Smash & Grab: The Story of the Pink Panthers” e “In The Land Of Blood And Honey”, scritto e diretto da Angelina Jolie. Sta portando in tour il suo progetto rockabilly “Cool Shakes”, da frontman e chitarrista. Sul palco del Tetris sarà affiancato da Marijo Žuvela al contrabbasso, Bobo Grujičić alla batteria e Jerko Valdevit al sax.

The iconic mural featuring Joy Division's enigmatic frontman, Ian Curtis, has been repainted by Akse on Manchester's Star and Garter pub. It was originally painted on another building in the Northern Quarter, but was overpainted. By public demand it has been restored, to raise awareness of issues in mental health and suicide prevention.
"Art should comfort the disturbed and disturb the comfortable", said the Mexican poet and academic, Cesar A. Cruz.
The Northern Quarter, and Ancoats has some of Manchester's finest artworks on its walls and free to view. There is a great walk to be had around this area. I would not describe it as salubrious, but on a dry day, it's well worth the effort. There is a massive spectrum of watering holes to boot. At 70 years old, I feel slightly out of my depth there, but I must admit its an education.

Alessio Bernabei, dopo aver presentato il brano “Noi siamo infinito” tra i Campioni al 66° Festival di Sanremo, annuncia due anteprime esclusive della nuova tournée che prenderà il via in estate: il 19 aprile sarà all’Alcatraz di Milano.
La sua carriera artistica inizia nel 2013 nel talent show di Canale 5“Amici”, dove partecipa con il gruppo Dear Jack di cui è fondatore e frontman. La band arriva a disputare la Finale del talent show e si aggiudica il secondo posto e il prestigioso premio della Critica.
Alessio e i Dear Jack riscontrano un grande successo con gli album "Domani è un altro film” prima parte (doppio disco di platino) e seconda parte (disco di platino). Il gruppo apre i concerti dei Modà negli stadi Olimpico e San Siro e gira l’Italia con un primo tour sold out nei Palazzetti.
Nel febbraio 2015 partecipano alla sessantacinquesima edizione del Festival di Sanremo con il brano "Il mondo esplode tranne noi". Concludono il tour estivo con un concerto sold out all'Arena di Verona.
A settembre 2015 Alessio annuncia il suo addio alla band e firma un contratto per tre album con la Warner per intraprendere la carriera da solista.
A febbraio 2016 gareggia nella categoria Big alla 66esima edizione del Festival di Sanremo con il brano “Noi siamo infinito”.
