strobist info:
A SB-600 and a SB-800 pointed at the backwall, nothing more. Frontlight coming from the reflections off the (nearly) white walls in that room
This image that i called it(Sunset), I put the focus on the sun. The sun is clearly to see. the sky, ocean, grass will be a foil arounding with the sun. I take it in the frontlighting. the colour is yellow and red. it's beautiful, it enrich my picture. In the composition way, I take it from a front angle view with a telephoto lens. it gives us a powerful feeling.that's what i wanted.
Flowers soak up the rays outside of Webster Hall at Missouri Southern State University, after an afternoon thunderstorm on Monday, August 30, 2013.
The Intention of this photo is to show the many colors, shapes, and sizes of the flowers in this garden. The Frontlighting helps to convey the purpose, by brightning the gorgeous flowers even more, and helps to show the difference in color of each individual type. (Allowing two purples to come out looking like distinct colors instead of the same color. This photo I used the fill the frame method, and the move a bit closer method. I tried to cut out anything that was distracting, around the outside of the photo, concentrating on the flowers, and grasses, instead of on the chairs and walkways. This allowed the viewers to concentrate on the shapes, colors, and sizes of the flowers in the garden, instead of on the objects that would have otherwise been distracting (like chairs, pathways, people...) I also focused on a point of interest, the flowers in the forground, giving the viewers a primary point to focus on in the photo.

DRI made from 3 exposures blended with Gimp and exposure blend script with my D90 and Kit Lense.
I Like the plain and natural way the Gimp script-fu "exposure-blend" produces DRI
