Unlike the rear, where I used long bars that dive under the straddle cable to anchor the rack, here I use posts that attach to the cantilever brake's pivot bolts. On my two other bikes I have small VO front racks onto which I can place my handlebar bag; here I use the larger version that can also take low-rider bags. And of course the front light, canted out on one of the arms that Box Dog fashions from old caliper brake arms.
