Time for a fresh start.
Spring is often about fresh newness and here I am recovering from a strained shoulder and neck.
Sorry I haven't been posting. I lurk and comment when I can. 10-15 minutes is all I can take in front of the computer which is barely enough for email, news and blog reading let alone PS time.
The shock of turning 30 this summer (gasp!) is kick staring me to think life over and prioritize. Only I'm the Queen of procrastination. Why finish one project when ya can half finish 3 or 4?!

"CULTURE. Culture is how an organization makes sense of the world, a set of assumptions internalized by all its members. Most organizations are the cultural equivalent of stone age tribes: focused on "the hunt," "the kill," and what's for dinner today. Wal-Mart's Sustainability Index is a radical example of a culture-changer, altering all of the above, helping Wal-Mart's entire ecosystem make sense of the world anew."
