On Independence Day 2022, the "Pociąg Wolności" (Freedom Train) was organized traditionally by the Nowy Sącz Railway Enthusiasts Association. Until 2021, the train's route ran from Chabówka to Nowy Sącz, but due to the renovation of the 104, from 2022 onward, the train run to Krynica-Zdrój. That day, the train traveled a beautiful and picturesque route from Nowy Sącz, winding along the Poprad River to Muszyna and then on to Krynica. In the photo, Ty2-911 with the heritage train arrives at Żegiestów station. The locomotive is currently undergoing repairs in Chabówka.

W Święto Niepodległości 2022 tradycyjnie wyjechał "Pociąg Wolności" organizowany przez Nowosądeckie Stowarzyszenie Miłośników Kolei. Do 2021 roku trasa pociągu wiodła z Chabówki do Nowego Sącza, lecz za sprawą remontu 104-ki od 2022 przejazdy odbywają się do Krynicy-Zdrój. Tamtego dnia skład pokonał bardzo piękną i malowniczą trasę z Nowego Sącza wijąc się wzdłuż rzeki Poprad do Muszyny i dalej do Krynicy. Na zdjęciu Ty2-911 z pociągiem retro wjeżdża do stacji Żegiestów. Parowóz aktualnie przechodzi naprawę w Chabówce.

Freedom to be where you wanna be and what you want to do

This is an abstract of the Freedom Tower, also known as One World Trade Center.

There is not much I can add to the story of this building other than to say it stands tall and proud, overlooking the incredible monument to 9-11.

The museum itself is another place that all should visit.

The freedom of shooting a portrait in an open space. What more open than the sea, right? If you combine this with a sky and clouds, you got yourself a very unique background. Freedom Balloon Festival - Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina

Had a great time watching all of the hot air balloons yesterday! It was my first time ever being near a hot air balloon. I have actually never really seen one in person either. They were awesome! I love this shot of a pilot getting his balloon ready! The reflective light is really pretty!

No Photoshop effects, just color correction and dust cleaning, this is the actual behind the scene setup.

*Imagine they are running with a slow motion effect with this song.

Again, maybe it’s nothing new using the dome piece as a balloon, but I have this ideas for quite a while, which are:

1. Taking an upside down build to use gravity on strings or chains.

2. Making a moving/motion blur effect (panning photography) with bricks.

And it turns out this mystery part fits for me to finally make those ideas into reality, though it turns out it really took a very long time to shot this scene to get the right lighting and angle…I guess I won’t do this kind of trick for a long time…hahahaha

It’s my 5th entry for Iron Builder competition vs. Gilcelio Chagas. The secret ingredient for this round is 2 x 2 Domes in Dark Blue.

Freedom '55

The “freedom 55” fishing boat has seen better days, it is a popular boat in Peggy's Cove to capture. It is quickly wasting away to nothing.

Not to be a copy cat, but have seen other versions of this "craft" and thought I would add my "Two bits" worth on this subject.

Peggy's Cove is a must see place when on the East Coast (IMHO)

Aug. 20, 2022: Tour the Return to Freedom horse rescue operation on a hillside near San Luis Obispo, California. This wild horse conservation group currently has about 400 horses and burros on land near Lompoc and San Luis Obispo. Several times a year, they conduct special tours for photographers. 218/365
