Some freedom time was needed to take things out of my mind before they destroys me.. So I took this pretty girl for a totally free ride in the mountains, only with a fancy neck rope around her neck. She's the sweetest and the calmness at her peak. This was a good ride together, thank you for being here when I need you the most.

Following the Soviet occupation of Latvia in 1940, Latvia was annexed by the Soviet Union and the Freedom Monument was considered for demolition, but no such move was carried out. Soviet sculptor Vera Mukhina is sometimes credited for rescuing the monument, because she considered it to be of high artistic value. In 1963, when the issue of demolition was raised again, it was dismissed by Soviet authorities as the destruction of the monument would have caused deep indignation and tension in society. During the Soviet era, it remained a symbol of national independence to the general public. Indeed, on 14 June 1987, about 5,000 people gathered at the monument to lay flowers. This rally renewed the national independence movement, which culminated three years later in the re-establishment of Latvian sovereignty after the dissolution of the Soviet Union.

The symbol of freedom can stand for long time while we could only admire its existence for fraction of its time.

自由的象徵可以存在無止盡而我們只是在它的片刻中抱著欣賞的型態出現。

You may be the best photographer in the world, but sometimes all it takes for the best shot is being in the right place at the right time!

It doesn’t even matter if you take it with your mobile phone or high-end DSLR.

Have a wonderful Sat/Sun!

Nice to be back, had a virus and was unwell for a few days!

If you're on the wrong side of 50, you start thinking about different things than you did before. And you can also start reorganizing your values.

Pretty much since the beginning of my career (if I may call it that) I've had the saying, "I don't work for money, I work for fame and glory." That has changed drastically. Maybe because at some point I realized that I can't pay my bills from either and because you can't make that much of it these days in general.

Today I long for one other thing more than anything: freedom.

To my great regret, there aren't very many moments when I really feel that freedom, and I still don't have a real plan on how to get out of the confinement that I've created for myself in order to noticeably increase the number of them.

But when I stand in a place like that and let a scene like that sink in to me, then it's there.

Hold on to me

Don′t let me go

Who cares what they see?

Who cares what they know?

Your first name is Free

Last name is Dom

We choose to believe

In where we're from

Man′s red flower

It's in every living thing

Mind, use your power

Spirit, use your wings

Freedom!

Freedom!

Freedom!

Freedom

Freedom

Freedom

Hold on to me

Don't let me go

Cheetahs need to eat

Run, antelope

Your first name is King

Last name is Dom

Cause you still believe

In everyone

When a baby first breathes

When night sees sunrise

When the whale hunts in the sea

When man recognizes

Freedom!

Freedom!

Freedom!

Freedom

Freedom

Breathe in

We are from heat

The electric one

Does it shock you to see

He left us the sun?

Atoms in the air

Organisms in the sea

The son and, yes, man

Are made of the same things

Freedom!

Freedom!

Freedom!

Freedom

Freedom

Freedom

What is the association? The color blue represents both the sky and the sea and is associated with open spaces, freedom, intuition, imagination, inspiration, and sensitivity. Blue also represents meanings of depth, trust, loyalty, sincerity, wisdom, confidence, stability, faith, and intelligence.

With heartfelt and genuine thanks for your kind visit. Have a wonderful and beautiful day, be well, keep your eyes open, appreciate the beauty surrounding you, enjoy creating, stay safe and laugh often! ❤️❤️❤️

it seems is a two edged sword.

The Covid pandemic is uncovering many hard truths about ourselves and in dealing with it we've had to sacrifice a lot of freedoms that we maybe took for granted.

This was not one of the Freedom Schools of the 1960s. Rather, this building was a hotel and cafe, and the proprietor home-schooled her children, as well as some other local children, here. Supposedly the school operated until 2002.
