"Free association (Psychodynamic theory) is a technique used in psychology, devised by Sigmund Freud
In free-association, patients are asked to continually relate anything which comes into their minds, regardless of how superficially unimportant or potentially embarrassing the memory threatens to be. This technique assumes that all memories are arranged in a single associative network, and that sooner or later the subject will stumble across the crucial memory."

I didnt know what I would submit for the theme until i saw this leaf on my patio table while I was eating breakfast outside this morning. Leaves are a renewable energy source. Be kind to nature folks. Our lives depend on it. Taken for MM theme "Energy". Be back to comment on the group photos later. HAVE A GREAT DAY!
I should really start taking photos of other subjects again... but I just cannot help it! So here he is: Sackboy again! And he has free hugs to give away!!!
Now I should at least come up with some other place to take pictures of him... otherwise I get sick of seeing so much green...

Race goers are an eclectic group. At one extreme there is the serious punter and at the other, the casual race goer simply enjoying a day out. There are those that go to be seen as well as to see, the high-rollers, the young, the old and those in between, the wealthy and those less so, the country set and the townies that just go to party.
The mix of attendees is endless, creating a colourful atmosphere within the spectator enclosures as people circulate between the stands, the betting ring, the bars, and the parade ring interacting and engaging with one another.
Yorkshire based street photographer Peter Bartlett spent much of 2019 visiting race meetings to capture a fly on the wall document of attendees enjoying a day out. Studying the odds, enjoying a drink, having a laugh, socialising and occasionally soaking up the action, Peter’s candid photos capture the frivolity of pre-pandemic race days.

I asked Rosaria which was the best day of her life. She immediately replied: "February 14th", Valentine's Day. On that day she celebrated the sixsteenth year together with Giacomo. Sixteen years toghether, homeless, in the streets of Milan.
Their everyday objects: cigarettes, free newspapers, plastic cups, coffee, old blankets, dirty clothes, cardboard boxed wine, a cold meal, a broken phone, plastic rings, a broken watch , a bag with backup dresses, two passes to get to the soup kitchen, a small radio.

Protesters outside the High Court in London.
On 24 January 2022, Julian Assange's defence team won the right to take his extradition case to the UK's Supreme Court.
When Julian Assange's partner, Stella Morris, left the High Court she gave a brief speech to a crowd of supporters and the press -
"Make no mistake," she declared, "We won today in court," but then added, 'but let's not forget that every time we win, as long as this case is not dropped, as long as Julian is not freed, Julian continues to suffer."
While Assange's defence team have been granted the right to apply for a hearing at the Supreme Court, it will be up to Britain's highest court to decide whether to agree to consider his case. That decision on a possible Supreme Court hearing is expected sometime in the next two to three months.
Unfortunately, the remit of the appeal has been restricted to examining the United States' claimed legal promises on how Assange will be treated, rather than to the wider issues of freedom of speech, the CIA plot to assassinate him, the extent to which the evidence against him has obviously been fabricated or as to whether his treatment in Belmarsh Prison has amounted to torture.
If convicted in the United States on the charges of espionage for exposing US war crimes in Afghanistan and Iraq as well as other wrongdoing by the United States and other governments, he faces up to 175 years in prison.
A photo taken ages ago. I thought this would be a good picture to practice some of the colour theory related applications that I was studying recently.

Finally, after a long way northwards we reached the first ice cave. They were absolutely no informations about what we can expect. The only Thing we were told is that droids might be there along with old, established prisoners. But the bioscan indicates no advanced life forms. With These few informations, we made the last meters onto the entrance to the ice cave. As we entered the cave, we had immediately enemy contact. A few battledroids were guarding a quite interesting and conspicuous looking building. There could probably be some important Information...
