Hope you all enjoyed your Christmas! I'm still full, haha!
It was a Wednesday in the beginning of July when I got a phone call by my mom. She told me that my dad got into the hospital. I was shocked.
Luckily he recovered fast and he feels better now but it shows how fragile our bodies are.
Maybe you wondered where I have been the last weeks. I spent lots of my weekends at home of my parents to help in the house and garden.
Also my laptop isn't really working and the flickr app is kind of shit with no access to flickr mail.
I have holidays now and will try to update here.

A difficult image to create. Not 100% happy with end result might tinker some more.
Also a difficult one emotionally to create. I feel I have exposed myself way beyond my comfort zone and I don't just mean physically. Sometimes it feels as if we need to hug ourselves. I also believe this is an image which will speak to people on a personal level and have different reasonaces for each individual.

My wife's hands cradling a newborn barn kitten that was probably only a few days old at the point this photo was taken.....
I found this nest and robin's egg on separate occasions in my yard.
The egg was unbroken, on the ground, nowhere near a tree.
The nest isn't a robin's, but I don't know who it belonged to.
E' per te
