Forgive the pretentious title, it was a toss up between that and
Ignotum per æque ignotum.
Another"throw away" creation based on the work of Ben Nicholson and the Constructivist genre of abstract art. An unfinished project.
I was given this pot containing 4 lily plants for my birthday, hopefully with a bit of TLC they will bloom year after year. For Smile on Saturday theme "bring nature into your home". I'm not entirely happy with the shadows here but despite knowing the theme all week (for a change) I left it too late for natural daylight today & had to take this with flash.
It's been a busy few days so forgive my lack of comments, I'll catch up asap. Happy Freitagsblümchen!

It is a daunting project to go through all the wonderful images I took of our spring trip. However, there is so much happening around me at home, I have to get out and explore while I can. Winter will come soon enough when I can work on the computer more. We took a short hike on the trail nearby and found all kinds of fungi. September is supposedly the best month for mushrooms. So forgive me if I am not as attentive on Flickr these days. I am satisfying an urge to capture new images and fall will have much to offer! I hope everyone else is enjoying the new season ahead of us, wherever you live in the world. Thank you to all who follow me and stay in touch.

I am the gate; whoever enters through me WILL BE SAVED. He will come in and go out, and find pasture. 10. The thief comes only to STEAL and KILL and DESTROY; I have come that they may have LIFE, and have it to the FULL. (John 10:7-10)
Jesus came to bring spiritual LIFE to the spiritually dead and set the captives FREE! FREE from RELIGION, ERROR and outright LIES, so WE might serve THE LIVING GOD! In SPIRIT and in TRUTH!
So you'll KNOW, and not think you're to bad for God to love. The Christian LIFE isn't about how good WE are, because NONE of us are! It's about how GOOD JESUS IS! Because JESUS LOVES US, so much he died in our place and took the punishment for all of our sins on himself. The wages of sin is DEATH, and Jesus died that death for YOU and I. The good news is there no more punishment for sin left, we were and are all born forgive as a result of the crucifixion of God himself on the cross that took away the sins of the whole world. All we have to do is believe it, and put your Faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ. That my friends is REAL UNCONDITIONAL LOVE! YOU ARE LOVED. ❤️ ✝️ ❤️

I'm sorry. Since I promised that I will be posting a photo I actually took today, this is all I got. I've run out of inspirations and ideas and I'm tired. On this game people will cyber bully you, spread lies about you & make up wild fantasies in their head about the kind of person you are, friends and people you loved & helped will turn against you and stab you in the back until you kill yourself and then cry for you later.. But one thing I have learned is that throughout my life, through my darkest moments God has told me to forgive & the more I practice walking in forgiveness & love the more I find peace. Bitterness will lead you down a dark path, forgiveness & love will lead you to the light and when you have the light no darkness will be able to overcome your mind or your soul. Choose love not vengeance. ❤️
