... I hope.

I do so hope that these are Forget-me-nots. I have seen some here before and managed to take a photo, but there weren't very many. This was a lovely large clump growing on the pavement.

Yippee, they are. ♥

Thank you for your favourites. :O)

Shove the macro lens in the middle of a bunch of forget-me-nots, focus on anything interesting and shoot. Turned out OK I thought.

Daisy is the popular name common to a wide variety of plants (and its flower, or rather its inflorescence). In fact, there is little agreement among the authors regarding the use of this name, which has many variants. There are even those they name as "Daisy" any plant of the family Compositae. Furthermore, this designation is sometimes presented as forget-me-not synonymous, marigold, Bonina, etc., which, in turn, are also used for different species names do not always coincide.

This was one of my favourite shots from my holidays this year. Due to a misunderstanding with Flickr I don't think many of my contacts got to enjoy it. I uploaded lots of photos to Flickr, then made a shot or two public each day, I didn't realize that I had to change the date they were posted to my photo stream to make them show up in the recent photos of my contacts.

I captured these beautiful Foget-me-nots on my way to VanDusen Gardens on my walk home Wednesday.

As of today, the music video for 'Forget' by René van Munster can be seen online. The track is part of the eponymous EP released in February.

This EP is the first collection of tracks showcasing René’s exploration into his dreamt-up computer-sequenced cello sound. The EP growls, screeches and sings like an acoustic instrument while the electronics launch you in a gigantic cello into outer space, flying through cosmic clouds of rosin, resonating with strings from other planets along the way.

The videoclip was shot by filmmaker Paul Bezuijen on location in Midden-Groningen (the Netherlands). The static pattern of a cultivated forest functions as a visualized memory grid. In this surreal world filled with everyday objects, dancer Quentin Roger is seemingly confronted with memories and ghosts from the past. Through expressive motion Quentin heightens the urgency and drive of the electronically manipulated cello music.

Hello everyone, this is the perfect beginning to start clean, I’m starting my project with “Forgive & Forget”. Come on now take all the bad memories you had with a person, maybe several people, & flush them away.

You don’t have a free place in your mind for something already happened and won’t help you anymore, forgive then forget, you are not doing it for them, it’s for your own good,. Once you lay your head in bed you’ll feel much better, Trust me. It might not be easy at first, but then you’ll think how silly that you’ve wasted your time on such a thing. Good Luck!

Don’t miss out on the next shot ^_*

As always a nice place to be but even for a Monday the crowds started to build so was time to leave.

When you need to leave the world behind, Forget-Me-Not Ponds is the place to go. An early morning campfire was a great way to unwind and destress.

I thought it appropriate to upload another shot of the 9-1-1 on September 11th.

Remembrance Day isn't just about war and those we've lost, but about ideals and what we stand for. It's about respecting our past and looking forward, and more than anything, thanking those who have served.

since we are covering up the back yard with cardboard and wood chips to kill the lawn, these will go with it. :( I will have to plant them somewhere else and let them be. I really love the sweet little things. They have been a fave since I was a little girl.

Crimson tulips served on a bed of Forget Me Nots. Taken in Bute Park Cardiff.

in time of daffodils(who know

the goal of living is to grow)

forgetting why,remember how

in time of lilacs who proclaim

the aim of waking is to dream,

remember so(forgetting seem)

in time of roses(who amaze

our now and here with paradise)

forgetting if,remember yes

in time of all sweet things beyond

whatever mind may comprehend,

remember seek(forgetting find)

and in a mystery to be

(when time from time shall set us free)

forgetting me,remember me
