There is a room called the Forgetting Room. To find it, you close your eyes, breathe deeply and imagine......and it will take you there.
Whatever is on your mind to trouble you, or keep you awake, that you want to forget......you place it in the bottle, cork it tightly and the Fae will throw it into a Stream, where it is carried away...and away...... and you have forgotten it completely.

La tradizione europea fa risalire il significato di questo fiore ad una legenda austriaca, secondo la quale un giorno due innamorati, mentre passeggiavano lungo il Danubio scambiandosi promesse e tenerezze, rimasero affascinati dalla grande quantità di fiori blu, che venivano trasportati dalla corrente. Il giovane, nel tentativo di raccogliere alcuni di questi fiori per l'amata, venne inghiottito dalle acque, gridando "Non dimenticarmi mai!".
The European tradition dates back to the meaning of this flower to an Austrian legend according to which ,a day two lovers, walking along the Danube and exchanging promises and tenderness, remained fascinated by the large amount of blue flowers, which were transported by the current. The boy, in an attempt to collect some of these flowers to the beloved, was swallowed by the waters, shouting "Do not ever forget."
Nunthorpe War Memorial
Members of Marton and Nunthorpe knitting groups created some 1,500 poppies for Remembrance Day. They stand before the War Memorial.
Lest we forget...
A waterfall of knitted poppies on display at St Lawrence chapel in the Garrison town of Warminster on Salisbury Plain..
Each one includes the name of a fallen soldier..
