This is a photograph that I took at the Footman James Classic Car Show Manchester at EventCity in September 2018. It's a 1936 Ford Pickup and the note in the windscreen said that it was entered by The Rainy City Cruisers, a group of motoring enthusiasts from Manchester whose name reflects the fact that many people think that it always rains in Manchester. The DVLA record says that the engine of this car has a capacity of 5,300cc.
This is a 2017-2019 Ford F-250 4x4 crewcab. This pickup looks good especially with the large grille guard, I just wish it had a lightbar with colored lenses.

1951 Ford Pickup - YXG 928 - seen parked up at Knockhill Racing Circuit, Fife, Scotland, September 2021. These cars were apparently taking part in a Marie Curie charity tour.
Any additional information about the vehicle will be welcomed.
I've added this to some classic car groups and hope the term "car" might be interpreted flexibly in this instance!

I photographed this classic 4wd 1973-1975 Ford F-250 pickup in Colfax, CA north of Sacramento. I don't think it's used for much other than occasionally plowing snow. I like the single orange rotating beacon on the roof.

I photographed this last generation 2011-2016 Ford F-350 Super Duty regular cab base model CHP pickup near the Applegate wildfire along I80 on October 8, 2014.
The last Lincoln pickup, the Mark LT was the successor to the Blackwood (Lincoln's first pickup) and, while slightly more successful than the Blackwood in some ways, it was relatively short lived. 2008 would be the last year for the LT, and Lincoln would not make another foray into the pickup market again. It has effectively been replaced by high end versions of the Ford F-150 (the Limited in particular, but also the King Ranch and Platinum).
I took this photo in May, 1990 during a trip to West Virginia with my brother to visit his daughter's family. His son in law worked as a Supervisor of Bridges and Buildings on the CSX Railroad and he arranged a Hi-Rail pickup ride for me on a branch line of approx. eleven miles length. It was a lot of fun. The line follows Piney Creek, connecting the city of Beckley with the CSX mainline in Prince.
We stopped here so that I could photograph this lovely rapids along the creek.

Recently, the Bird Control department at Schiphol Airport has been driving around with various Ranger Raptors. As the successor to the Volkswagen Touareg, they have not opted for the latest generation Ranger, but the Raptor of model year 2019. By the way, the Bird Control employees are called 'Kieviten' (lapwings).

I always liked these "Flareside" F150s. You see very few of them now and this one was SUPER CLEAN!

Description of Work:
This red truck once worked the blueberry fields that once covered the site of the shopping centre. As the trembling Aspen grow larger the ‘52 Ford will rise higher. Nature engages technology in this piece.
Artist Statement:
Ford Grove addresses the historic erosion of farmland over the past decades: ubiquitous fields of blueberries have been replaced with strip malls, condo developments and warehousing . . . an ongoing eradication of some of the world’s richest farmland. This Ford pickup was at one time working in those blueberry fields!
This metaphor of the machine being invaded by nature also offers speculations on the future of unfettered development. Indeed, it is only a matter of years before the trees have their way with this vehicle.
