We've been riding past this old Ford for years. The homeowners were finally outside and I got permission to get a few shots. I again decided to use this Hipstamatic combination.

A great eye-catching paint job on this Ford F1 series Pickup truck from 1951- 52. This is 3 exposures with -1+ stops bracketing, then Photomatix for HDR and tonemapping, and finally Photoshop for the finishing touches.
I couldn't pass this screenshot up - it's from a fourth season episode of Hawaii Five-O, the last one of the season as a matter of fact. This would have made it filmed just into 1972. This old Ford pickup was one solid tool used by United Airlines to simply drive up to the plane and then this offloading ramp would be in place for passengers to disembark. I thought it was a pretty interesting piece of airline equipment and just had to post it. You'll note that the truck, which was probably from the mid-1960's, is starting to show a little rust along the fenderwells. Plus, I'd be willing to bet that it's not a stock Ford color, but was repainted by the airlines to match their regular fleet of utility trucks. You can see a slightly newer Ford pickup in the background painted in the same color.
I used to own a Ford truck of approximately this vintage, so they're a favorite of mine. I've always liked the way the body lines flow straight back from the top of the rear fender.
I photographed this 1942-1947 pre-F-Series Ford flatbed truck several years ago in rural Storey County, Nevada on one of the roads that goes to Virginia City. Ford like all other American auto manufacturers stopped production of all civilians cars & trucks during WWII from 1942 through 1946.

Hot Rod - registered BF 6527 and based on a 1928 Ford, I think, in front of a 1966 turquoise Ford Pick-up Truck - LAX 259D - seen parked up at Knockhill Racing Circuit, Fife, Scotland, September 2021. These vehicles were apparently taking part in a Marie Curie charity tour.
Any additional information about the vehicles will be welcomed.

This was an incredible truck. Super slick with the perfect stance and tire/wheel combo. It looked fast just sitting still. Just look at the meat on the back of this thing!!! 8D
This one had a '67 grill, but had side marker lights on the bed and hood, which would mean it's at least a '68, so I'm not sure of the year.
