I had to position my smartphone camera lens in an opening in the chain link fence in order to get this photo.
On display behind a chain link fence was this 1965 Ford Falcon Sprint for sale.
It appeared to be very clean and straight. The engine was a 289 V8, standard for the 1965 Falcon Sprint. The transmission was Ford’s 3-speed Cruise-o-matic automatic.
The Sprint version of the Falcon made its debut during the middle of the 1963 model year with a package that included Ford’s 260 cubic inch V8, bucket seats, additional instrumentation and some specific trim items. That first year Sprint came with the special sports back hardtop roof, also featured on the Falcon Futura 2-door hardtop model. The 260 V8 continued for the 1964 Falcon Sprint for most of its production year. For 1965 model year as above the engine for the Sprints was the 289 cubic inch V8.

It's an american rejected project which was given at Ford France. It was the direct competitor of the Citroen Traction and was the first french car with an electric cigarette lighter.
The engine was a 2 litres V8, which was really small for an american car in the 50's
Normally, the 1951-52 Ford pickup truck grilles feature three ‘?’-shaped features between the headlights. Also, turn indicator lamps are normally nestled between the headlight nacelles and the formed sheet metal shroud at the lower part of the grille. See photo below within the Comments section.

Ford’s F750 is the heaviest duty version of the F-Series of trucks.
This lengthy rig was seen parked where there was space to do so! The driver may have been stopped for lunch. That brick building in the background, right houses a popular local restaurant and there’s a large supermarket grocery store in the building on the left margin.

In the sixties and seventies - long before my time - the Taunus was seen as the Mondeo of those years. Now a rarity in the Dutch street scene. This one was parked at the Ford Store Zaandam.
