Ecco la ricetta, un po' inventata, un po' assemblata, per circa 40 biscotti:
IMPASTO:
300g di farina00
2 uova
75g di zucchero
50g di burro
1 o 2 cucchiai di essenza di rose (io l'ho ottenuta lasciando macerare i petali per qualche giorno in acqua e olio)
polvere di petali di rosa essiccati
Mescolare in una terrina le uova, il burro fuso, lo zucchero, l'essenza e la polvere fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo, poi aggiungere con un setaccio la farina e mescolare.
Ottenuta una pasta elastica e ben lavorabile(non maneggiarla troppo) avvolgerla nella pellicola e lasciarla riposare in frigo per almeno mezz'ora.
Nel frattempo preparare il RIPIENO:

Amaretti polverizzati
Creare un composto consistente, non troppo liquido per evitare casi di strabordamento!
Trascorso il tempo sufficiente tirare fuori la past dal frigo ed appiattirla con un mattarello per ottenere uno strato omogeneamente sottile, ritagliare con un formina tonda dei cerchi, inserirvi nel centro una noce di ripieno e chiuderli a metà , ripiegando i bordi e fermandoli accuratamente con la pressione di una forchetta.
Infornare a 180° in forno già caldo per circa un quarto d'ora.

RICETTA
-Ingredienti-
200gr di farina 00 • 2 uova • 190gr di zucchero • 1 bustina di lievito • 150ml di latte • 50gr di cioccolato fondente • 60gr di cacao amaro • 50gr di burro
-Preparazione-
Imburrare e infarinare gli stampini, a meno che non siano in silicone.
Tagliare grossolanamente il cioccolato fondente
Unire in una terrina gli ingradienti secchi: farina, lievito, cacao, zucchero e il cioccolato fondente tagliato.
In un altra terrina unire gli ingredieni liquidi: burro, uova e latte.
Ora mischiare insieme i due composti, mescolando delicatamente. Versare il composto nelle formine. Considerate che cuocendo il composto lieviterà perciò riempite gli stampini non oltre 2/3 della loro capacità.
Infornare a 180° per circa 20 minuti.
