A neighbor of mine keeps this bike in front of her fence all year. Some years she puts a basket of flowers on the front fender and sometimes not. Even without the basket it was looking especially good this year.

May God hold your hand as you rest in peace my friend. You meant so much to us. You will always and forever be in our thoughts and in our hearts. ❤️🌺🌻🌸

What do I stand for? Am I left am I right?
Am I up and down? Am I east am I west?
Do I wear the crown? Is my creed worth dying for?
What do I live for? Can you tell on my face,
What my heart beats for? Do the words that I speak,
Show it to the core? Does my glow outshine the stars?
Can you see my coat of arms?

Sorry for the repost! This photo fell into the Flickr Bermuda Triangle!
This shot is dedicated to my friend and gifted artist Cath, who encourages me daily, laughs at my terrible jokes and forgives my French. She also shares my fondess for a blue and beige colour contrast.
You're right, Mike, the alligator blocking the trail is more impressive photographed with the big lens (at 172mm, 1.6 crop)! Definitely not going to mess with this guy. Elm Lake, Brazos Bend State Park, Needville, Texas.
Something from Iceland again, a jumble of fence posts with a bird on one of them. This is where you find most birds as there are not many trees around.
میان مغازلهی اتش و بادم
تک شاخ افسانهای
شب پشت شب
بافتهی گیسوی شفق
کدامین نقش را برمیگزینی
In repose between fire and the wind
I stand
What play
You pick
In a kiss
Cloud to the summit of a wave
You role
I'm definitely up for spring
But
I know there will stille be more snow
More winter
Probably for months
I found this bulb in Røldal
The wintersport place where they have downhills and definitely don't want any spring
It's looking down towards the lake from the mountain
Well
My hopes are that it won't be 2 meters of snow in my garden
But only some centimeters with snow that can melt in peace
And then I will have my spring
And my forest back again
No more dudes

Past which blue moon
Will grow in this field
A stalk
And scatter in the wind
The moans of the earth?

For Macro Mondays theme "Cutter", this is the business end of a box cutter that has gotten a considerable workout since our recent move.
After failing to get out with the camera on Thursday and Friday due to other commitments, and working Saturday and Sunday, I decided to head out for some night time photography in Plymouth after work last night.
I picked up Louis Goldman on the way into town and having no plan we just went for a wander.
Over the weekend Smeaton's Tower has been lit up all red to commemorate Armistice Day and 100 years since the end of WWI, so remembering this we headed up to The Hoe and thankfully it was still lit up after the evening parades had finished. It was pretty windy up there last night which gave some nice movement in the cloud, giving a well photographed view a more dramatic shot.
I have no idea how long it's going to be lit up like that for, probably not for much longer, so we were lucky to capture it.

As much as I appreciated comments and feedback I would request no Awards or flashy gif comments, please. They will be deleted. Thank you.

This image is dedicated to nurdane. She is a very versatile photographer from Turkey. Her shots are so various in terms of subject, from flowers to droplets, from architecture to landscape, from pencils to birds. The confirmation of having great skills at photographing is that she was able to make her dream come true: a personal exhibition. All my congrats!!!! She is also a very nice contact, always ready to visit and comment . Thank you so much nurdane for your testimonial and supporting me day by day :-)
This is for my good friend Leaca who left me a lovely testimonial the other day..thank you sweetie! I love her work (and her blog)..check her out if you haven't already :D

Happy Thursday everyone :D
When we first laid eyes on our puppy (a little over a year before this image of her was taken), the color told us immediately that her name must be Sedona. So, when we had a chance to take her there, of course she had to have multiple photo shoots in the region. This is one of the images from along the Oak Creek, after enduring a long 4x4 adventure that she didn't particularly enjoy, she was pleased to relax and take in the view from a stable seated position.
Congrats on Explore!

Jenny Holzer: For Paula Modersohn-Becker
