Some relatively gentle play and the moments before an adult female brings in an Impala for the hungry cubs to feed on. Chiefs Island, Moremi National Park, Botswana.

I'm making a new logo plate for my latest amp prototype. I acid etch brass to do this.

Here's the plate with the scale cleaned off. It's all ready to paint now.

Still not a perfect etching, but cleaner than last time. I'm getting better at this. BTW, this is after 24 hours in the ferric chloride.

I was an absolute fanatic of geology when I was in High School. Took it at "O" level (in England), though I was really at an "A" level. Collected various rocks and minerals for years, and I think my favourite is Iron Pyrites in its various forms - cubic, etc.. Unfortunately, I think my skin colour reflected in the many "faces" of this specimen when I took the photo. Love the way the tiny Quartz crystals have formed in little nooks and crannies, just like wildflowers will do.

Cleaning off the confetti in the aftermath of the Indy Mogul April Fool's video.

The latest Fool offering is a neck-through version of the classic short-scale "student" guitar that players like John McLaughlin and Todd Rundgren adopted because it allowed them to stretch out for giant extended chords.

Having seen Eagle142's recent image of this spot, I thought it would be fun to post this postcard view from just over 100 years ago. The card was posted in 1906 and it is interesting to see that it is captioned "Fool's Nook" even at that time when the pub was the Royal Oak.

Halloween Fools at Newbold Comyn Arms

Thỉnh thoảng thấy mình rất đần @.@

Hmm.....

K quay đầu lại, nên chẳng baoh a thấy mình.

Art at 35th North is proud to present it’s Inaugural art exhibition “Layers” featuring the artwork of world renown Seattle bred Graffiti artist Sneke DVS. Having been an influence on Seattle graffiti writers for close to 20 years Sneke has maintained a dedication to the original visual language of the NYC school of stylewriting while bringing his incredible talent with color and can technique. In preparation for an upcoming tour of Europe, Sneke has created a series of paintings on canvas exploring the pure joy of banging color schemes, fades, and phantoms with a more studied look at composition than what is possible during a late night street mission. Sneke is well known in the local graffiti scene as a master of style and has been featured in various international graffiti magazines and books. For this exhibition Sneke has designed a graphic for a limited edition 35th North skateboard deck that will be available for purchase during the show.

"She livin' in this lie with him

No more coffee in the morning

I'm wide awake while he sleeping in

Know that's why your calling

You woke up chasing feelings, healing, trouble dealing

Coping with the fact that your alone

It makes you miss my body

Touchin', kissin', squeezin'

He don't know you're worth your weight in gold

Look at you fallin'

Do you even know what your fallin' for?

I see you fallin'

You traded my heart for some fool's gold."

Why am I suddenly singing "Whiskey in the Jar"?

Added to February 2011's Scavenger Hunt as #8 "Bending the rules" for 2 reasons, one is never point a "gun" at someone and the other will get me in a lot of trouble if I say it.

Fool Rating Chart--What kind of fool are you?

Whatever your anger, whatever your hate, this man brings out the worst in most of us. His behavior towards issues of world are as appalling as his "let them eat cake" attitude towards our allies. He is sickening. He is the "man for all reasons". He is the reason our country is in the state it's in. He is the reason we are quickly becoming a third world country. He is the perfect stereotype for setting blacks back half a century. Lower the test scores, this boy may some day want to be president! He is the epitome of the welfare mentality. He has never held a real job. He lives off other peoples money. He spends what he does make foolishly. He doesn't care what goes on around him as long as his check is on time. You are entitled to your own opinion. However, my reason is barack obama. He is the sterotypical......., you fill in your own blank!
