I skipped yesterday because I wasn't at home in the morning to make my bento.
Today's bento is one apple with some lemon juice poured on it to keep them from turning brown.
and then a simple salad, with onions and radishes, with one part walnut sun-dried tomato pate on the bottom portion, and then nut sour cream on the top. very yum!
