In Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Beef tacos with crumbled chorizo, melted cheese, sauteed peppers, grilled baby onions and guacamole. This was the best-tasting beef I've ever had to date. Even though it was chopped, it had the perfect balance of fat and meat and the bouncy texture and flavor was unbelievable. The funniest thing is that we randomly walked into this place and it looked like some local fast food joint.
