The Singapore Flyer is a giant Ferris wheel located in Singapore, constructed in 2005–2008. Described by its operators as an observation wheel,[2] it reaches 42 stories high, with a total height of 165 m (541 ft), making it the tallest Ferris wheel in the world, 5 m (16 ft) taller than the Star of Nanchang and 30 m (98 ft) taller than the London Eye.
Situated on the southeast tip of the Marina Centre reclaimed land, it comprises a 150 m (492 ft) diameter wheel, built over a three-story terminal building which houses shops, bars and restaurants, and offers broad views of the city centre and beyond to about 45 km (28 mi), including the Indonesian islands of Batam and Bintan, as well as Johor, Malaysia.
The final capsule was installed on 2 October 2007, the wheel started rotating on 11 February 2008 and it officially opened to the public on 1 March 2008.[1] Tickets for rides on the first 3 nights were sold out for S$8,888 (US$6,271), an auspicious number in Chinese culture.[2] The grand opening for the Flyer was held on 15 April 2008.[3]
Each of the 28 air-conditioned capsules is capable of holding 28 passengers, and a complete rotation of the wheel takes about 30 minutes.[4] Initially rotating in a counter-clockwise direction when viewed from Marina Centre, its direction was changed on 4 August 2008 under the advice of Feng shui masters.[5]

Flyer from Death Disco, the monthly electro-disco night at the Arches, Glasgow which ran from 2002 - 2012.
I see this gig as a transition for Black Flag because both nights at The Starwood were packed. Usually you'ld have 300 punks at a gig but these two shows were capacity plus in both rooms of the club, as well as the throng outside in the club parking lot! For those of you who dont know, (The Starwood) was the best club going while it existed, great atmosphere, great line ups of bands, in the center of all the city action in Hollywood! This gig was crucial for also introducing officially the Adolescents and Social Distortion to the Hollywood crowd!

For our first informal Friday Worship Night. Mainly aimed at and led by those18-35 in age, but also for the rest of the church (youth and older adults included).
Note: There's a 1/2" white border that you don't see here unless you go to lightbox mode, but will be framed nicely on our screens.

2007 NEW FLYER E60LFR ARTIC TROLLEY
TransLink - In order to address capacity concerns on some of the more popular trolley routes, TransLink included in their 2003 order of next generation trolleys the first articulated trolley buses for the fleet.
"Artics" had seen limited use with some of the remaining North American operators, but had not been part of fleet operations in Vancouver. Tests dated back to the early 1970s without the adoption of this type. The introduction of diesel-powered articulated buses in the 1990s allowed local operators to gain experience with the 60ft versus 40ft standard size bus.
Since it's inception in 1948, the Vancouver trolley fleet has consistently represented the largest fleet in Canada and second only to San Francisco.
A follow-on order for 34 additional articulated trolleys was placed with New Flyer & Vossloh Kiepe (pronounced "keepa") for delivery in 2009.
That's a lot of "B" in the title! This is a little flyer I did for Dj Bruno B from my hometown.
It's his birthday coming soon so he needed an "extravaganza" artwork for his flyer as I recalled his words!
Happy Birthday in advance Bruno B!
Thank you for your support!

Had time to kill in the hotel room, so entertained myself with the Olympus OM 135mm/f2.8 legacy lens and an active corner outside the hotel.
I decided not to do any editing at all on these shots. So these are straight out of the camera, not straightening, cropping, sharpening, white balance corrections, etc.
